Nurse Armstrong is a fine, efficient member of staff who maintains discipline by methods which today are considered non politically correct. She lives in her own fantasy world where she rules by cane and paddle. Any female member of staff who steps out of line is liable to a visit to the punishment room. So great is her influence with the hospital administrators that a blind eye is turned to her private pleasures. She believes that she is performing a public service by instilling rigid discipline into the young girls in her charge, and who are we to disagree? So turn the lights down low and witness Nurse Armstrong in action as she deals with the three members of her staff and a schoolgirl who discovers that tampering with the fire alarm system has very painful consequences!
